Log in to your Dev Aastha account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
